Frequency conversion motor has the following characteristics:
B-class temperature rise design, F-class insulation manufacturing. The use of polymer insulation materials and vacuum pressure varnishing manufacturing process and special insulation structure greatly improves the insulation withstand voltage and mechanical strength of the electrical winding, which is sufficient for the high-speed operation of the motor and the resistance to the high-frequency current impact of the inverter and the damage to the insulation caused by the voltage. The balance quality is high, and the vibration level is R-level (vibration reduction level). The mechanical parts have high processing accuracy and use special high-precision imported bearings, which can operate at high speed. The forced ventilation and heat dissipation system uses imported axial flow fans for ultra-quiet, high life and strong wind. It ensures that the motor can be effectively cooled at any speed and can achieve long-term operation at high or low speed. Compared with traditional frequency conversion motors, the YP series motors designed by AMCAD software have a wider speed regulation range and higher design quality. The special magnetic field design further suppresses the high-order harmonic magnetic field to meet the design indicators of wide frequency, energy saving and low noise. It has wide range constant torque and power speed regulation characteristics, stable speed regulation and no torque pulsation. It has good parameter matching with all kinds of frequency converters. With vector control, it can achieve full torque at zero speed, high torque at low frequency and high precision speed control, position control and fast dynamic response control. YP series frequency conversion motors can be equipped with brakes and encoders, so that precise parking can be achieved, and high-precision speed control can be achieved through speed closed-loop control. "Micro motor + frequency conversion motor + encoder + frequency converter" is used to achieve precise control of ultra-low speed stepless speed regulation. YP series frequency conversion motors have good versatility, and their installation dimensions meet IEC standards, and are interchangeable with general standard motors.
