How to balance the relationship between temperature rise level and other performance and whether to use a core with radial ventilation duct structure is a problem that needs comprehensive consideration.
In addition, when using a core with radial ventilation duct structure, the quality assurance of the ventilation duct part and the alignment of the stator and rotor ventilation ducts are all problems that must be solved, otherwise it may increase the hidden dangers of electrical failures and may also cause derivative problems such as insufficient effective iron length of the motor; in other words. When the motor uses a core with radial ventilation ducts, the corresponding process must be fully followed up, otherwise it cannot really play its due role.
In the manufacturing process of the motor core, the paint of the hot-rolled silicon steel sheet and the oxide layer of the cold-rolled silicon steel sheet can effectively suppress the eddy current of the core. It only needs to be controlled by the thickness of the material, and it is not necessary to solve it by segmenting the core. What's more, the main function of the radial ventilation duct is to solve the problem of motor temperature rise, and effectively solve the problem of local heat accumulation of large motors through the internal air path.
